Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Three years related experience required
- Proficiency with event registration and management software
- Ability to work weekdays evenings and weekends
- Effective communication skills
- Positive attitude and customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Build registration forms and monitor registrations ensuring accurate translation of information between event registration systems and customer relationship management
- Draft schedule and monitor event communications sent to registrants
- Provide medical center event support including storing gathering transporting and setting up equipment for events on and off-site
- Collect and deliver event-related supplies for various departments
- Support virtual programs through meeting webinar hosting recording pre-recording and video editing
- Provide timely and friendly technical and administrative assistance to the marketing team attendees partners and medical center staff via email phone in-person and virtually
- Meet regularly with nutrition services environmental services IT vendors conference and events teams and leadership staff
- Create internal and external reports related to event details and outcomes compute key statistics to help track engagement and performance
- Provide logistical support including setting up tables chairs pop-up tents and assist with on-site and off-site event support
- Perform other duties as assigned
