Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high
  • ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time both indoors or outdoors
  • ability to squat, stoop or bend
  • ability to work in varying weather conditions
  • ability to operate a computer
  • ability to work in an environment with intermittent noise

Job Duties

  • Perform operating procedures relating to events and programs
  • act as a liaison between the venue and the guests
  • provide superior customer service
  • clean and organize designated areas for public use
  • ensure proper set up and breakdown of equipment including sound systems, scoreboards, game fields, parking, gates, signage, tournament offices, locker rooms, restrooms, and other equipment/materials as needed
  • maintain proper cash handling procedures
  • assist Gate Staff with issues
  • removal of trash and cleaning of restrooms as needed
  • demonstrate ability to work closely with co-workers and park visitors
  • coordinate operations movements as needed
  • knowledgeable in all safety procedures with the ability execute procedures
  • identify risk management opportunities
  • conduct safety inspections and enforce all safety guidelines
  • adhere to all facility and SFM policies and procedures
  • adhere to all local, state, health and safety laws
  • perform all duties as assigned by management
