Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high
- ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time both indoors or outdoors
- ability to squat, stoop or bend
- ability to work in varying weather conditions

Job Duties
- Perform operating procedures relating to events and programs
- act as a liaison between the venue and the guests
- provide superior customer service
- clean and organize designated areas for public use
- ensure proper set up and breakdown of equipment including sound systems, scoreboards, game fields, parking, gates, signage, tournament offices, locker rooms, restrooms, and other equipment/materials as needed
- maintain proper cash handling procedures
- assist Gate Staff with issues
- removal of trash and cleaning of restrooms as needed
- demonstrate ability to work closely with co-workers and park visitors
- coordinate operations movements as needed
- knowledgeable in all safety procedures with the ability execute procedures
- identify risk management opportunities
- conduct safety inspections and enforce all safety guidelines
- adhere to all facility and SFM policies and procedures
- adhere to all local, state, health and safety laws
- perform all duties as assigned by management
