Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift 40 pounds waist high
- May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time both indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop or bend
- Must be able to work in varying weather conditions
- Will be required to operate a computer
- Facility has intermittent noise

Job Duties
- Perform operating procedures relating to events and programs
- Act as a liaison between the venue and the guests
- Provide superior customer service
- Clean and organize designated areas for public use
- Ensure proper set up and breakdown of equipment including sound systems, scoreboards, game fields, parking, gates, signage, tournament offices, locker rooms, restrooms, and other equipment/materials as needed
- Maintain proper cash handling procedures
- Assist gate staff with issues
- Remove trash and clean restrooms as needed
- Demonstrate ability to work closely with co-workers and park visitors
- Coordinate operations movements as needed
- Knowledgeable in all safety procedures with the ability to execute procedures
- Identify risk management opportunities
- Conduct safety inspections and enforce all safety guidelines
- Adhere to all facility and SFM policies and procedures
- Adhere to all local, state, health and safety laws
- Perform all duties as assigned by management
