Job Requirements

  • Minimum two years operational experience in parking or related industry including revenue control and reporting
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Valid automobile insurance
  • Willingness to submit to criminal background check
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook

  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills
  • Ability to work nights and weekends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Familiarity with event operations and customer service standards

Job Duties

  • Provides direct supervision to event staff assigned to locations within responsibility area
  • Ensures event operations comply with company policies including staffing, supplies, and opening and closing procedures
  • Collaborates with Event Manager and clients to maximize operational opportunities
  • Reviews event revenue, paperwork, and reconciliations for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensures facilities operate according to policy including revenue control, equipment maintenance, signage, audits, and front-line staff professionalism
  • Coordinates execution of self-parking operations for non-typical events
  • Ensures event staff perform lot security duties as outlined in job descriptions
  • Attends client and stakeholder meetings and responds to requests as needed
