Job Requirements
- High school diploma
- Event set up and breakdown experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds regularly and up to 65 pounds with assistance
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and extended hours
- Availability required one month in advance
- Ability to work outdoors and under moderate to unfavorable weather conditions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced public environment
- Must pass FBI fingerprint results, PA child abuse history certification, and PA state criminal record check

Job Duties
- Set-up and tear down events according to provided directives and floor plans
- Assemble seating and table placement compliant with building and fire codes
- Ensure proper care, movement, and storage of equipment
- Set up lighting and sound equipment
- Inspect equipment for damage and check against inventory
- Provide customer service and dispense information to event-goers
- Maintain a clean and organized event space
- Be present on-site during events to monitor timelines, safety, and overall service
- Provide solutions to equipment failures or client-driven changes
- Ensure museum and grounds are restored to pre-event condition
