Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Professional, courteous, and clear communicator
- Daily task-oriented flexibility in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Agreement with Ligonier Ministries' Extended Statement of Faith
- Authorization to work in the United States

Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of planning for internal events
- Secure vision and gather requirements from stakeholders
- Coordinate with staff to meet logistical, AV, and IT requirements
- Ensure assets and giveaways are delivered on time
- Coordinate with outside vendors
- Provide on-site supervision at events
- Develop and improve process efficiencies within the events department
- Oversee campus hospitality initiatives
- Coordinate and deliver campus tours
