Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or event management or related experience
- Two years of experience in venue operations management including internships
- CPR First Aid and AED certification within one year of employment
- ServSafe Food Safety certification within one year of employment
- Valid South Carolina Class D driver's license

- Ability to operate credit card machines POS audio-visual equipment vehicles golf carts movie screens projectors and two-way radios
Job Duties
- Serve as secondary event lead assisting in logistics and staff organization
- Participate in meetings with event leaders vendors and suppliers to review plans and make recommendations
- Coordinate event setup and breakdown including tents tables chairs signs banners and AV equipment
- Troubleshoot operational infrastructure issues proactively
- Organize and manage vendor load-in and load-out ensuring compliance with policies and ordinances
- Assist in planning coordination and evaluation of special event logistics including operations logistics vendor management retail and food service operations
- Coordinate the weekly Finlay Park Saturday Market event series including activities chef demonstrations vendors and budget monitoring
