Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing preferred
- 2+ years of advanced customer service experience required
- 6+ years of advanced customer service experience as alternative
- 3+ years of hospitality industry experience preferred
- Ability to travel 100% of the time
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to key data into a computer for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing
- 2+ years of advanced customer service experience
- 6+ years of advanced customer service experience (in lieu of education)

Job Duties
- Travel 100% of the time to Maui Jim promotional events to custom fit and dispense sunglasses at Corporate Gift, Golf and Flying Jimmy events
- Work with clients on-site for logistics and event procedures
- Set-up, tear-down, inventory, and coordinate the station and promotional items at events
- Complete paperwork and event order forms for assigned Sales Manager(s)
- Project a professional image while presenting company services and policies
- Utilize company-supplied literature and promotional material effectively
- Oversee distribution of Rx Conversion Cards for customer inquiries
- Work with Corporate Gifts Manager on marketing projects as needed
- Perform other work-related tasks as requested
- Coordinate and support hospitality operations and event execution for boating and charter activities
- Oversee guest service and event logistics during charters
- Support planning and execution of yacht charters and special events
