Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Ability to move through narrow or confined spaces
- Ability to move over sloping or uneven surfaces
- Ability to reach overhead and below knees including bending and twisting
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with ability to follow event orders and instructions accurately

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions and make introductions
- Ensure all arrangements are agreeable
- Read and analyze banquet event orders for guest information and setup details
- Respond to special banquet event arrangements and ensure compliance
- Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Support team to reach common goals
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
