Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit or walk for long periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, drag, or place objects weighing less than 25 pounds without assistance
- Ability to reach above head and below knees, bend, twist, crouch, and move through confined spaces
- Ability to speak clearly and professionally

Job Duties
- Meet with group coordinators or hosts before receptions for introductions and to confirm preparations
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and organize requirements
- Address and fulfill all special banquet event preparations
- Follow up on banquet event special preparations to ensure compliance
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents or injuries
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional
