Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator or host prior to functions and make introductions
- Analyze banquet event orders to determine guest information, setup, timeline, and special needs
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Follow company safety and security policies and report unsafe conditions
- Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- Use clear and professional communication including telephone etiquette
- Maintain positive team relationships and support common goals
