Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- Ability to work non-management role
- Willingness to follow company safety and security policies
- Ability to maintain personal appearance and professionalism
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Willingness to perform other reasonable job duties as requested

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions, make introductions, and ensure all arrangements are agreeable
- Read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information, determine proper set up, timeline, specific guest needs, buffets, and action stations
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements and follow up to ensure compliance
- Follow company and safety policies and procedures, report accidents and unsafe conditions, and complete safety training
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets
- Welcome guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, and express genuine appreciation
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and colleagues, answer telephones with appropriate etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support team goals
- Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards
- Visually inspect tools and equipment for defects
- Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for extended periods, and moving objects up to 25 pounds
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisors
