Job Duties
- meet with group coordinators or hosts before the reception
- introduce and confirm all event preparations
- read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and logistics
- ensure all special banquet preparations are met
- follow up on banquet event preparations to guarantee compliance
- adhere to company safety policies and report maintenance or safety hazards
- maintain a professional appearance and uphold company confidentiality
- support and collaborate with coworkers to achieve common goals
- perform physical tasks such as moving objects under 25 pounds and standing or walking for extended periods
- communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers
- complete additional reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors
