Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent knowledge and experience
- 1-3 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or Event Planning
- Proven skills in event planning and execution
- Strong communication abilities
- Ability to develop and implement event strategies
- Must be vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or hold an approved exemption
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent knowledge and experience
- 1-3 years of experience in a relevant role in Marketing, Communications or Event Planning
- Creative, strategic, innovative and forward thinker with knowledge of event execution logistics and traditional marketing
- Ability to effectively communicate through multiple mediums
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and COVID-19 or have a signed exemption
Job Duties
- Act as lead planner and facilitator for all in-person and virtual Southcoast Health System events
- Work with Manager to plan events from start to finish according to objectives and target audience
- Develop events strategy and identify opportunities for new events to grow Southcoast's business
- Act as primary contact for events and collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders for strategy development
- Manage content and copy development for events
- Oversee media planning and logistics execution
- Cultivate relationships with donors, community partners, and staff committees
