- at least 1 year of related work experience
- no supervisory experience required
- ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift and move objects up to 25 pounds

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator/hostess prior to functions and make introductions
- read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and event details
- respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- follow up to ensure compliance with special arrangements
- welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
- maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
- adhere to quality expectations and safety policies
