Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 5-8 years of experience in corporate events, hospitality, or marketing communications
- Experience in the insurance or finance industry
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and event management software
- Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite event support

Job Duties
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events including conferences, sponsorships, client dinners, and internal meetings
- Manage all logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual, décor, travel coordination, and onsite support
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and business leaders to ensure alignment with Everest’s brand and strategic goals
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and post-event reconciliation within budget
- Track event metrics including attendance, spend, and ROI to support reporting
- Maintain calendars, timelines, and project trackers to keep everything on schedule
- Provide onsite support at key events with occasional travel required
