Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in administrative or hospitality roles preferred
  • ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • capability to lift or move objects up to 10 pounds unaided

  • adherence to company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in document preparation and review
  • ability to interact professionally with guests and colleagues
  • ability to work as part of a team
  • basic computer skills including web content management

Job Duties

  • Verify planning and execution of events on the property
  • provide on-property sales support for General Managers
  • complete administrative tasks as delegated
  • serve as primary contact for guests organizing and attending meetings
  • act as primary contact for Group Sales Office teams and Area Sales teams
  • collect, develop, and send materials to update Marriott.com property websites
  • maintain confidentiality and protect company assets
