Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in hospitality or administrative role preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work full-time on-site
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and online content management
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Customer service orientation
  • Familiarity with Marriott standards and procedures

Job Duties

  • Verify planning and execution of events on the property
  • Provide sales support to on-site General Managers
  • Serve as primary contact for guests organizing and attending meetings
  • Act as main liaison for Group Sales Office and Area Sales Teams
  • Collect, develop and submit material to update property websites on Marriott.com
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned by General Managers
  • Maintain professional communication and appearance standards
