Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in event management or related fields
Proven ability to manage complex projects and cross-functional teams
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Comfortable managing budgets and analyzing financial outcomes
Ability to work in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
Entrepreneurial and proactive approach to problem-solving
Familiarity with event technology platforms and virtual event tools
Willingness to travel and work onsite as required

Job Qualifications

4 plus years of professional experience in event management, marketing events, or experiential roles
Strong operational and project management skills with proven success running end-to-end events
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience building processes, playbooks, and systems to scale events
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in ambiguous environments
Experience in SaaS or B2B tech companies preferred
Familiarity with hybrid and virtual event technology and execution preferred
Proven track record of delivering events with measurable business impact such as pipeline growth, brand lift, and customer engagement preferred
Willingness to work onsite in New York City as needed preferred

Job Duties

Define and scale the events roadmap including conferences, user summits, partner events, dinners, and offsites in alignment with go-to-market objectives
Identify high-impact event and sponsorship opportunities and own the decision-making process
Set event goals, budgets, KPIs, and measurement frameworks
Craft bold, memorable event experiences blending creativity, storytelling, and brand consistency
Own end-to-end event execution including venue sourcing, vendor management, logistics, registration, design, technology, and staffing
Lead onsite operations to ensure flawless delivery and attendee experience
Invest in booth design and event experiences that create lasting impressions
Deliver in-person and virtual event capabilities such as streaming, live Q&A, and engagement features
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, sales, customer success, and partnerships to align event aims and deliverables
Manage event budgets, profit and loss, and financial oversight
Analyze event outcomes including pipeline generation, leads, and engagement to drive continuous improvements
Develop frameworks to optimize cost per attendee, sponsor ROI, and event margin
Establish and document event playbooks, templates, workflows, and checklists
Implement event management tools, reporting systems, and processes
Mentor and collaborate with vendors, internal contributors, and event staff
