Job Requirements
- high school diploma or ged
- minimum one year of relevant work experience
- ability to lift or move objects up to 25 pounds
- capacity to stand or walk for long periods

- good physical dexterity to maneuver in confined and elevated areas

Job Duties
- meet with group coordinators or hosts before the reception to review and agree on event preparations
- read and analyze banquet event orders to gather guest information and determine appropriate organization and timeline
- ensure all special banquet event preparations are met and followed up on
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures, report maintenance or safety hazards, and complete required safety training and certifications
- maintain a clean and professional uniform and appearance
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist in achieving common team goals
- move, lift, push, or carry objects up to 25 pounds without assistance
- stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during entire work shifts
- visually inspect and verify information in various formats
- navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
- communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers including proper telephone etiquette
- perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors
