Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator/host prior to functions to confirm arrangements
- Read and analyze banquet event order to determine guest needs and setups
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Follow company safety and security policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional personal appearance and confidentiality
- Welcome guests and anticipate service needs
- Communicate professionally and support team to meet goals
