Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of related work experience
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
  • Able to move and lift objects up to 25 pounds
  • Must adhere to company safety and grooming standards
  • Clear communication skills
  • No supervisory experience required

  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • Experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred

Job Duties

  • Meet group coordinator/host prior to functions to confirm arrangements
  • Read and analyze banquet event order to determine guest needs and setups
  • Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
  • Follow company safety and security policies and report accidents or unsafe conditions
  • Maintain professional personal appearance and confidentiality
  • Welcome guests and anticipate service needs
  • Communicate professionally and support team to meet goals
