Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and move objects up to 25 pounds
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Willingness to perform other reasonable duties as assigned
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Job Qualifications

- At least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to analyze and follow detailed event orders
- Customer service orientation
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical duties for entire shifts

Job Duties
- Meet group coordinator/host(ess) prior to functions and make introductions
- Ensure all event arrangements are agreeable
- Read and analyze banquet event order to gather guest information and determine setup and timeline
- Respond to and fulfill special banquet event arrangements
- Follow up on special arrangements to ensure compliance
- Adhere to all company safety and security policies
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to manager
- Complete safety training and certifications
- Maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets
- Welcome guests and anticipate service needs according to company standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Answer telephones with appropriate etiquette
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships
- Support team goals
- Ensure adherence to quality standards
- Visually inspect tools and equipment for defects
- Perform physical tasks including standing, sitting, walking for long periods
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 25 pounds
- Navigate narrow and uneven spaces
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisors
