Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four years of related experience
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Must be willing to work beyond normal office hours and on weekends occasionally
- Successful completion of a criminal history investigation
- Employment contingent upon verification of credentials and other institutional procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Four years of related experience
- Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Understanding of event logistics including timelines, staffing, space usage, equipment needs, and customer requirements
- Familiarity with revenue, cost centers, and financial documentation
- Strong organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Coordinate campus events including scheduling, processing space requests, and managing service requirements and deliveries
- Provide on-site customer support during events
- Support all auxiliary services such as Post Office, Parking, Pool, and ID Center
- Train student workers in customer service and event support
- Coordinate post-event reviews and follow-up contacts
- Make recommendations for policy and procedure implementation
- Maintain and manage the centralized events calendar via Ad Astra
