Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting and moving heavy objects
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience in event setup or housekeeping preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and event specifications

- Knowledge of safety procedures related to event equipment handling
Job Duties
- Set up event rooms according to event orders, including tables, chairs, staging, dance floors, podiums, and décor items
- Break down and reset rooms efficiently after events, ensuring quick turnaround for the next function
- Arrange linens, skirting, and table settings as required
- Respond to last-minute event changes or requests with a positive, can-do attitude
- Provide friendly, professional service to guests and event planners
- Safely move, lift, and transport event furniture and equipment
- Ensure equipment is stored properly and kept in good working condition
