Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in event management, meeting planning, marketing, business, theater, communications, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in production management, stage management, event production, or a related field
- Demonstrated knowledge of technical design and show production elements, including staging, video, audio, and lighting
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proven strong leadership abilities, capable of guiding teams and providing clear direction
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Familiarity with the brand, processes, and culture of a leading global entertainment and experience company
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- A proactive and self-driven individual, capable of independent thought and making smart decisions quickly

Job Duties
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all experiences within your assigned area, building strong relationships and clear communication lines with internal business units, external partners, and exhibitors
- Actively participate in deliverable review calls, including individual space reviews, providing valuable input and insights
- Collaborate closely with internal business units, operations, guest services, catering, security, IT, and key external partners to ensure efficient communication and seamless operational flow
- Assist exhibitors with inquiries and concerns, connecting them with relevant contacts as needed
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of all specific requirements for spaces within your area
- Be the first line of support for internal business units, addressing questions and escalating complex issues or critical concerns to the Event Producer, while keeping them informed of ongoing discussions
- Proactively identify potential challenges and implement solutions in partnership with stakeholders
- Lead and oversee the load-in, operational phase, and load-out processes for your assigned area, ensuring timely and efficient execution
- Confirm that all internal business units and sponsors are fully prepared for event load-in, operation, and load-out, facilitating necessary connections and information sharing
- Act as the main liaison between exhibitors and facility management for any site-related needs
- Provide regular updates to Event Management on progress, potential risks, and next steps, immediately flagging any items that could impact scope, schedule, budget, contracts, or programming
- Coordinate and troubleshoot all guest flow and control requirements in conjunction with exhibitors, operations, and security teams
- Communicate all critical changes, such as schedule adjustments or new information, to all relevant parties
- Support daily event opening and closing procedures, ensuring all exhibitors and areas are show-ready by designated times, remain open as required, and are cleared of guests efficiently
- Work with all exhibitors to ensure timely load-out of all items from the venue and verify that all spaces are completely clear
- Participate in production meetings, site visits, vendor visits, and other planning meetings as required
- Attend daily wrap-up meetings during load-in and operational phases
- Collaborate with key partners to track any onsite adjustments that may lead to incremental costs, such as additional operational or security needs
- Prepare and submit daily reports for your area using provided templates
- Contribute to after-action notes and participate in post-event review meetings
