Job Requirements
- One year certificate from college or technical school
- Six months or more related experience or training in event planning
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to write routine reports
- Ability to understand and enforce policies
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to organize and prioritize work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work non-standard flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- One year certificate from college or technical school and six months related experience or equivalent combination
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint
- Working knowledge of Momentus event management platform is a plus
- Demonstrated customer service skills
- Ability to write reports and correspondence
- Ability to explain and enforce policies clearly
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
- Ability to balance multiple tasks
- Strong organizational skills
- Team player with independent work ability
- Demonstrated reliability and punctuality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide direct onsite support for event production elements including concerts and ticketed events
- Act as the point of contact for vendor load in and load out
- Track event status and conduct meetings with cross-functional team leaders
- Meet event deadlines and participate in problem solving
- Provide high quality customer service to guests and stakeholders
- Interact professionally with staff, volunteers, sponsors, and vendors
- Perform general office duties such as correspondence and maintaining event software
- Responsible for setup and breakdown of equipment
- Support break schedules, crowd control, and respond to radio calls
- Perform other duties as assigned
