Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in hospitality or events preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Professional demeanor and appearance

Job Qualifications

  • Hospitality, event, and/or banquet/setup experience preferred
  • Must be available to work a varying schedule, including evenings and holidays
  • Open weekend availability is required
  • Desire to create exceptional experiences for meeting planners and their guests
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong and professional communication skills

Job Duties

  • Act as the liaison between Event Sales/Event Planning Managers and on-site meeting contacts
  • Handle and address special needs or requests during events
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and group dynamics
  • Communicate effectively with all hotel departments to resolve concerns
  • Adapt to changes to satisfy client needs
  • Ensure event experiences exceed guest expectations
  • Support multi-property cluster events predominantly on weekends
