Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Availability to work predominantly weekend and on-call shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve issues promptly
- Knowledge of hotel meeting spaces preferred
- Professional demeanor and customer service orientation
- Willingness to collaborate across hotel departments
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in event coordination or hospitality preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure
- Knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event operations is a plus
- Professional and resourceful attitude
- Ability to work weekends and on-call shifts
Job Duties
- Serve as liaison between event sales/planning managers and on-site meeting contacts
- Manage and address special needs or requests during events
- Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event logistics
- Collaborate with various hotel departments to resolve concerns and adapt to changes
- Ensure guest satisfaction by exceeding expectations during events
- Support weekend events for multi-property cluster
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
