Job Duties

  • Serve as the liaison between event sales/planning managers and on-site meeting contacts
  • Address special needs and requests related to meetings and events
  • Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure seamless event execution
  • Resolve concerns effectively to maintain guest satisfaction
  • Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel meeting facilities and event schedules
  • Adapt to changes quickly to meet client and operational needs
  • Communicate professionally with clients and colleagues to enhance the event experience
