Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in sales or event coordination
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Prior experience in event planning or catering management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in sales and event management software
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple events
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Job Duties

  • Administer the sales agreement
  • Detail all food, beverage and A/V needs
  • Manage room blocks and pick-up
  • Handle billing instructions and final review
  • Serve as on-site contact during events
  • Ensure smooth execution of all events
  • Coordinate communication between meeting planners and hotel staff
