Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in event management, hospitality, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in event coordination, customer service, or related field preferred
- Ability to manage multiple events in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Workspace
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours as needed
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Willingness to obtain ServeSafe, Crowd Manager, and AED/CPR certifications

- Proficiency in Google Workspace and adaptability to new platforms
- Ability to take initiative, think proactively, and maintain professionalism during stressful situations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to timely and respectful communication, including responding to emails and voicemails
- ServeSafe, Crowd Manager, and AED/CPR certifications or willingness to obtain
Job Duties
- Coordinate and implement all details for Endicott-hosted programs, Misselwood events series, and small scale corporate day and overnight programs
- Perform administrative support tasks, including managing inbox correspondence, processing invoices, and maintaining operational records
- Assist with scheduling seasonal staff
- Serve as a liaison between professional staff and seasonal team members to ensure clear communication and efficient event execution
- Support Event Operation Managers with logistics and operational tasks
- Support the Operations Management team in ensuring the Misselwood House is ready to welcome guests and that day-to-day operations run smoothly
- Assist with venue setup and teardown, ensuring all materials, signage, equipment, and supplies are in place before, during, and after events
- Maintain inventory, submit maintenance requests, and support operational needs
- Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to the successful execution of events and daily operations
