Job Duties
- Meet with group coordinators or hosts before receptions
- conduct introductions and ensure all preparations are agreed upon
- read and analyze banquet orders to gather guest information
- determine proper organization and timeline for events
- address specific guest needs related to buffets and food stations
- follow up on special banquet preparations to ensure fulfillment
- comply with all company safety policies and procedures
- report maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries
- complete safety training and certifications
- maintain professional appearance and neat uniform
- protect company information and assets
- support coworkers and treat them with dignity and respect
- assist team in achieving common goals
- meet quality assurance standards
- move, lift, transport, push, pull, and place objects under 25 pounds unassisted
- stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods or entire shift
- read and visually verify information
- inspect tools and equipment for defects
- reach overhead and below knees
- bend, twist waist, crawl and stoop
- navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
