Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 3 years of event marketing experience preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare
  • Ability to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency or willingness to learn HubSpot and virtual event tools
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and changing priorities
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for conferences and events
  • Passion for the senior living industry

Job Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in event marketing preferably in B2B SaaS or healthcare
  • Proven ability to plan and execute a high volume of events
  • On-site work capability in Cincinnati
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Familiarity with HubSpot and virtual event tools or ability to learn
  • Curiosity about new technologies including AI
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt to change
  • Genuine interest in senior living industry and its professionals

Job Duties

  • Plan and execute memorable events including booth management, materials, swag, shipping, exhibitor services and vendor coordination
  • Own the full event calendar and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Raise the quality of events through better themes, improved design and stronger associations relationships
  • Handle all logistics from registration to on-site setup and teardown
  • Support sales at every stage with pre-event outreach, on site plans and post event follow up
  • Prepare event materials such as messaging, collateral, decks, talking points and follow up templates
  • Track and report leads and event performance ensuring data accuracy
  • Create engaging experiences with on brand booth ideas and creative giveaways
  • Manage webinars and podcast operations including technology, logistics, scheduling and recording
  • Measure results by enriching conference lists, tracking key metrics, recommending improvements and managing budgets
  • Maintain strong relationships with national and state associations
