Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum five years of direct event and field marketing experience within B2B SaaS or technology industries
- Proven ability to drive event programs aligned with sales pipeline and revenue
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication
- Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
- Willingness to travel domestically 25 to 30 percent
- Excellent analytical and reporting skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Proven track record of building regional event programs tied to pipeline and revenue goals

- Strong project management skills capable of handling multiple simultaneous events under tight deadlines
- Analytical and ROI-driven mindset with competency in metric analysis, dashboard creation, and senior leadership reporting
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across teams and time zones
- Experience owning budgets including forecasting, vendor negotiations, and spend optimization
- Creative and customer-focused with a passion for experiential storytelling
- Willingness to travel domestically 25 to 30 percent for events and collaboration
Job Duties
- Build and execute a North America events strategy aligned to regional pipeline goals, sales objectives, and market maturity
- Own the end-to-end event process from planning and budgeting to venue selection, logistics, contracts, on-site execution, and post-event analysis
- Align with regional sales and marketing leadership to define event objectives, ICP targeting, and ROI expectations across event tiers
- Develop measurable KPIs and event scorecards linking activities to pipeline, SQL creation, and customer expansion
- Manage pre-event and post-event workflows including promotion, attendee engagement, and lead follow-up with marketing operations
- Lead cross-functional coordination among content, design, partnerships, and enablement teams to ensure consistent messaging and activation
- Drive innovation in event experiences from executive dinners to interactive brand activations, differentiating TravelPerk in the market
- Report on ROI and performance trends to optimize spend and impact continuously
- Stay informed on North American event and field marketing trends to identify new opportunities for brand visibility
- Collaborate with global marketing and EMEA teams to align on brand and event strategy while adapting regionally
