Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
- 7+ years of events marketing experience
- Proven experience in developing and implementing event marketing campaigns
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and design tools such as Canva
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Experience with digital marketing channels and social media management
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Willingness to travel for company events
- Ability to work onsite in-person
- Commitment to maintaining brand consistency
Job Qualifications
- 7+ years of events marketing experience with portfolio of design and written samples
- Extensive knowledge of traditional and digital marketing landscapes
- Minimum of 5-7 years performing duties such as copywriting, editing, graphic design, social media management, and website management
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and design tools like Canva
- Strong written, editing, and verbal communication skills with keen attention to detail and grammar
- Strong research skills and ability to synthesize information
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
- Entrepreneurial spirit with expertise in developing successful marketing strategies
- Demonstrated strength in traditional marketing channels and familiarity with digital platforms and A/V standards
- Proven ability to follow structured systems and repeat complex multi-part processes
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable with clearly defined expectations and existing operational frameworks
Job Duties
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement event marketing strategies to meet and exceed registration revenue goals
- Work with the Investor Relations team to develop compelling collateral and ROI packets to help sell and retain event sponsorships
- Lead the end-to-end marketing and project management of large-scale in-person and virtual events annually
- Create and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns using email marketing, digital and print advertising, social media marketing, direct mail, and partner outreach
- Write and edit compelling copy for marketing materials, website content, e-blasts, social media, and other communications
- Work with videographers and internal team to script and produce video assets showcasing event and mission highlights
- Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize strategies
- Design and produce high-quality marketing materials including flyers, brochures, digital content, on-site print items, and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to meet deadlines, budgets, and logistics milestones
- Maintain and refine event marketing lists, assets, timelines, and processes
- Assist with onsite event logistics including run of show, event branding, and social media strategy
- Manage event registration platforms and post-event follow up messaging
- Manage relationships with external vendors such as graphic designers, printers, and marketing agencies
- Provide thorough documentation and reporting to ensure consistency year over year
- Adhere to organization branding and messaging guidelines
- Perform other duties as assigned
