Job Duties
- Find and book new shows and events for every weekend within designated territory to demonstrate in
- Generate leads that generate sales and profit from these show and event booths
- Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage team of Event Demonstrators
- Ensure promotional booths are safely set up and removed before and after every event
- Plan, coordinate, and organize schedules and calendars for self, events, and team
- Weekly maintain, track, and report department's productivity, labor, inventory, and budget
- Set and ensure goals for each event, week, and month are achieved
- Keep open, regular, and prompt communication with supervision and other departments
