Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in event management, marketing, or business operations
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to travel between Sunrise and Fort Lauderdale sites

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in event management, marketing, or business operations (multi-site experience preferred)
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient with Canva, Microsoft Office, and social media marketing platforms
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required (travel between sites)

Job Duties

  • Oversee the daily operations of both Sunrise and Fort Lauderdale locations
  • Supervise event and support staff to maintain excellence in service and presentation
  • Ensure both sites meet safety, compliance, and cleanliness standards
  • Manage vendor relations, inventory, and site scheduling
  • Coordinate staffing and training with HR and leadership
  • Plan, organize, and execute all internal and external events, including birthday parties, private rentals, and corporate or community events
  • Manage event budgets, logistics, decor, and vendor coordination
  • Develop new event offerings and themed programs to attract guests
  • Oversee the event booking process and ensure client satisfaction
  • Create and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, and local partnerships
  • Increase bookings through promotions, outreach, and community partnerships
  • Track analytics to measure engagement, sales, and ROI on campaigns
  • Collaborate with leadership on marketing design, flyers, and event promotion
