Job Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in retail, field marketing, or event management (wireless preferred)
- strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
- proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Salesforce/Customer Connect
- available to work weekends and travel to assigned markets

Job Duties
- Confirm event readiness and materials prior to each event
- Create and manage Teams chats, event schedules, and trackers
- Coordinate staffing with Market Managers and Opt-In members
- Ensure event kits, flyers, and iPads are prepared and compliant
- Conduct on-site visits and quality checks for events
- Lead sales follow-up and track lead closure performance
- Train team members on event systems and promo knowledge
