Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of event management experience in technology sector
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-regional projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally, particularly between US and China
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement China events strategy with the Global Events Lead
  • Partner closely with the China events team supporting delivery while guiding strategic direction
  • Work with Business Units to understand product availability, priorities, and differentiation between US and China
  • Communicate regional insights to global leadership ensuring strategy alignment
  • Oversee Arm’s participation in major US tradeshows and Arm-hosted events
  • Lead and mentor a China-based team of two for effective execution
  • Collaborate across marketing, sales, and business units to align event content and messaging
