Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of event management experience in technology sector
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-regional projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel internationally, particularly between US and China
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment

Job Duties
- Develop and implement China events strategy with the Global Events Lead
- Partner closely with the China events team supporting delivery while guiding strategic direction
- Work with Business Units to understand product availability, priorities, and differentiation between US and China
- Communicate regional insights to global leadership ensuring strategy alignment
- Oversee Arm’s participation in major US tradeshows and Arm-hosted events
- Lead and mentor a China-based team of two for effective execution
- Collaborate across marketing, sales, and business units to align event content and messaging
