- Familiarity with advancement program missions
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across stakeholders

- Experience in complex organizational environments
Job Duties
- Oversee and manage special events for university advancement programs including professorship installations and alumni award dinners
- Collaborate with the director, philanthropic strategy team, staff, faculty, alumni, and students to facilitate engagement and stewardship
- Manage event planning activities such as contract negotiations, space reservations, invitation coordination, and vendor relationships
- Create timelines, seating plans, and manage logistical plans and onsite event execution
- Coordinate communication efforts including invitation list data and mail house projects
- Perform other duties as assigned
