Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in event management or related field
- 2-5 years experience managing multiple clients and programs
- Proven success in event planning and execution
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Willingness to travel throughout South Florida
- Ability to manage budgets and negotiate contracts

Job Duties
- Provide operational solutions to clients always looking for improvements and efficiencies
- Manage all vendors required for a program
- Own the Statement of Work any additional deposit requests and final invoicing
- Manage assigned event staff during events and proactively prepare staff prior to an event to ensure consistent communication and operational excellence
- Upsell services that would improve the client experience
- Own the budget with a goal of obtaining gross profit goals
- Connect with hotel conference service managers and onsite staff to ensure a seamless partnership for the client between DMC and hotel
- Salesforce database management regarding ASO's and vendor information in addition to working with procurement to confirm vendors are vetted and approved
- Ensure that KPIs and key results are measured and met
