Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, event management, advertising, or a related field
  • Minimum 5+ years of event management experience
  • Virtual desktop setup required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to travel within the designated market
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Experience with project tools like Asana or Smartsheet

  • Minimum 5+ years of event management experience, preferably within an experiential marketing agency
  • Experience with journey design and continuous event optimization
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and client-facing abilities
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools such as Asana or Smartsheet, and presentation design platforms
  • Ability to travel within the designated market for client meetings and event oversight

Job Duties

  • Oversee the planning, management, and execution of all tech events across the designated market
  • Contract negotiation and management with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure favorable terms and ensure event standards
  • Supervise logistics including registration, signage, food and beverage, wayfinding, and technical rehearsals, as well as virtual booth operations for digital events
  • Translate client objectives into actionable on-site strategies and executional standards
  • Monitor promotions and special events to ensure quality and compliance with marketing guidelines
  • Maintain composure and operational control in fast-paced environments while resolving challenges effectively
  • Manage portfolio-level governance deliverables including calendars, risk/issues logs, executive readouts, and post-mortem with KPIs
  • Provide clear direction and performance feedback to vendor staff
  • Report on event performance and measure leads and pipeline
  • Conduct debriefs, document lessons learned, and recommend improvements
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client and distributor field personnel
  • Align event goals with client business objectives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client and internal stakeholders
  • Represent the agency and client confidently, building credibility through follow-through and executional excellence
