Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing, communications, event management or related field
- minimum of 5 years events experience
- at least 2 years in financial services
- proven experience delivering events for 200 or more attendees
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage budgets and coordinate with multiple vendors
- fluency in English
- comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM or events platforms
- proactive and structured work style
- ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of events experience with a proven track record in delivering in-person and virtual events for 200 or more attendees
- at least 2 years of experience in financial services, ideally with exposure to Private Wealth audiences
- strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to partner effectively with senior stakeholders
- confidence in managing budgets and working with external vendors
- fluent in English with additional languages considered a plus
- proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM or events platforms such as Salesforce
Job Duties
- Managing the end-to-end delivery of events from planning through execution and follow-up
- working with third-party suppliers to deliver seamless in-person and virtual experiences
- leading the setup and use of online event platforms and communications with attendees
- partnering with senior stakeholders to align events with strategic goals
- supporting Private Wealth roadshows, conferences, and fundraising activities
