- Confident in handling multiple enquiries, managing priorities, and working under pressure
- Knowledge of event software and basic sales processes is advantageous
Job Duties
- Act as the main point of contact for event and group bookings, working closely with sales managers and relevant departments
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including enquiries, contracts, rooming lists, billing, and post-event feedback
- Develop creative and attractive menu presentations and proposals tailored to client needs
- Ensure all event requirements are logged, tracked, and followed up using internal systems
- Maintain excellent knowledge of hotel facilities, meeting room capacities, and service standards
- Uphold the highest grooming and professional standards in line with company policies
- Apply safety, fire, and accident prevention procedures to protect guests and staff
