Job Duties

  • Oversee and manage special events within University Advancement, providing strategic oversight and support as needed
  • work closely with the Special Events and University Ceremonies team and Eliot Society Experience team to ensure seamless event execution and meaningful donor experiences
  • assist with overall SEUC events when necessary
  • manage event planning activities including contract negotiations and management, reserving event space, coordinating invitations, supervising mail house projects, creating timelines and logistical plans
  • assist with securing speakers, creating seating plans, preparing talking points and briefing materials for university leadership
  • coordinate onsite event logistics
  • perform other duties as assigned
