Job Duties

Oversee the lead generation program at various events and retail partners
Manage, plan, and organize all aspects of events
Research events and venues within the territory to build a pipeline of opportunities
Strategically build team and event calendar to ensure alignment with company goals
Develop and implement event marketing strategies aligned with the companys goals and objectives
Hire, train, and manage the marketing staff, measuring and analyzing performance
Adhere to company scripting and methodology to assure alignment and positive customer experience
