Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate events, trade shows, or experiential marketing
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple events simultaneously
  • Experience in long-range event strategy development
  • Proven experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel 20-30% as required

Job Duties

  • Develop and implement comprehensive event strategies for the Away From Home business
  • Manage the annual events budget including forecasting, tracking, and reporting
  • Lead planning and execution of internal and external events including trade shows, leadership conferences, and employee engagement activities
  • Negotiate vendor contracts to ensure quality service and cost-efficiency
  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align event goals and communications
  • Oversee logistics, content development, and event activation including booth and asset design
  • Measure and analyze event performance providing insights for continuous improvement
