Job Duties

Find and book new shows and events for every weekend within the designated territory to demonstrate in
Generate leads that generate sales and profit from show and event booths
Recruit, hire, train, mentor, and manage a team of Event Demonstrators
Ensure promotional booths are safely set up and removed before and after every event
Plan, coordinate, and organize schedules and calendars for events and team members
Maintain, track, and report department productivity, labor, inventory, and budget weekly
Set and ensure goals for each event, week, and month are achieved
Keep open, regular, and prompt communication with supervision and other departments
