Job Requirements
- Ability to pass background and drug screen
- availability to work evenings and weekends regularly including Friday nights from April to October
- experience in coordinating live events
- strong leadership skills
- excellent communication abilities
- ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly
- high school diploma or equivalent

Job Duties
- Coordinate logistics for museum events, community programs and private rentals
- manage event timelines, run-of-show progress and production schedules
- work with internal departments, vendors and partners to ensure alignment across teams
- lead event setup, execution and teardown
- direct staff and volunteers during events and serve as the primary point of coordination
- adapt quickly when circumstances change while maintaining a calm and professional presence
- ensure events run safely, smoothly and on schedule
- work with Director of Events with organizing supplies and preparing for events
