Job Requirements

Associate’s Degree in Parks and Recreation, Business Management, Project Management or related field or equivalent education and/or experience
minimum of three years of progressively responsible experience in programming, event management, parks and recreation operations management or related field with supervisory or leadership experience
effective oral and written communication skills
operational knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn recreation software
must obtain CPR/First Aid certification within six months of appointment
possess a valid Ohio driver’s license
able to fulfill the physical demands of the position
must maintain certifications and licensure as a condition of employment
